After your Request Form is received, a Cruise Activity Specialist will contact you to confirm your private request. Please allow up to 7 days for confirmation.

• Take a 10-minute transfer to the exclusive Marina Vallarta.
• Board a luxurious, 50-foot sailboat and take in an introduction and demonstration on the sport of sailing from your Captain and first mate.
• Cast off in a northerly direction across the Pacific Ocean en route to a picturesque cove in Banderas Bay, where you are invited to swim, snorkel or sightsee along the secluded beach.Throughout your journey, learn some sailing techniques and keep an eye out for sea turtles, manta rays and dolphins. Humpback whales are a common sight during the winter months ( December 15 through March 15).
• Swim and snorkel from the boat before making your way ashore onto the white sands to wander along the shoreline.
• Back onboard, enjoy a deli-style gourmet lunch including beverages.
• After approximately 2 hours, sit back, relax and take in the scenery once more as you begin your 90-minute return trip back to the ship.

• Excursion includes Captain and first mate who will also act as guides.
• The 50-foot Beneteau sailing boat may be substituted by the 47-foot Beneteau.
• Guests must be physically fit to participate in the act of sailing. For safety reasons, expectant mothers, Guests with heart and respiratory conditions, and those with back/neck injuries cannot participate. Please note, however, that Guests are not required to participate in the physical activity of sailing and are encouraged to enjoy the trip as they wish.
• Deli-style gourmet lunch (imported cheeses, cold cuts, shrimp cocktail and smoked salmon) and beverages (white wine, beer, tequila, margaritas, piña coladas, bottled water, juices and sodas) are included. In addition, a fruit platter will be served in the morning.
• Wheelchairs (collapsible or electric) are not permitted.
• Due to the possibility of light winds during the first leg of the journey to Banderas Bay, the motor may be used instead of the sails. However, the sails will be raised during the trip back to the ship.
• Snorkel, mask, life vest and flippers are provided.
• The tour sights may vary based on weather conditions.
• Due to limited availability, Guests are encouraged to book early.
• You should never feel that gratuities are expected from you. However, it is customary to leave a gratuity in recognition of service at restaurants, for taxis, and for exceptional excursion guides and drivers. It is always up to you as to what you feel is appropriate.
